Michaela Howard, born June 22, 1987, in St. Louis, MO, is a versatile talent, seamlessly blending her passion for music and acting. From her early days singing at her father's church to her recent endeavors on stage and screen, Michaela's journey is one of dedication and artistry.&Acting Career: In 2016, Michaela made her professional acting debut in the stage play "Marriage Works, If You Work It," written by Kyria Williams. She continued to captivate audiences with her performances, including in "50 Shades of Pink" by Phoenix Bell in 2017. Her talents led her to a spin-off production and ultimately to her feature in the new movie "A New Husband for Christmas" in 2019.&Musical Achievements:
Michaela's melodious voice resonates through the halls of St. Michaels Temple OTEM and New Life Empowerment Church, where she serves as a praise and worship leader. She has produced and recorded songs featured on CDs such as "Versatile" and "Michaela." Notable collaborations include the hit single "He Rescued Me" with the Stellar Award-Nominated Shalom Church City of Peace Choir and "I Owe It All" with Ben Chandler and G.E.M. In 2023, Michaela reintroduced herself to the music scene with her single "Range of Emotions."&Influences and Inspiration: Michaela's love for all genres of music stems from her upbringing, where her parents encouraged her to explore different sounds and musical stylings. She draws inspiration from artists like Erykah Badu, Jazmin Sullivan, Cece Winans, Donald Lawrence, and The Clark Sisters. While she appreciates various musical styles, her heart belongs to gospel music, where she finds solace and purpose.&Beyond
Entertainment: Outside of her artistic endeavors, Michaela is a devoted mother and wife. She also holds a certificate in cosmetology, earned in 2013, showcasing her commitment to continuous growth and learning.
